A 5-minute walk from the Tiber River, the property is located only 1640 feet from the Monument to Vittorio Emanuele II in Piazza Venezia square. The Coliseum is only 0.9 mi from the Relais.

The only room that doesn't have the balcony named over Superiore Room.
The kettle and tea we can put those by request.

The Jacuzzi hot tubs are for all the guests that is staying at the accommodation.
The use of the jacuzzi's are for free and you can use them for an hour each day.

We have 2 Jacuzzi hot tubs in the roof terrace.
They are usable from 8.30 in the morning up to 18:00 in the late afternoon.
Afterwards the hot tubs will be turned off.

At the moment as we are having this cold temparature, the hot tubs are not available it will be usable again from the last week of March.

The Jacuzzi hot tubs are free to use for all the clients which is staying on the structure, you can reserve on a specific time if you want. The maximum use is 1 hour per day.

We provide a crib for free for the infant.

the 2 jacuzzi on the terrace is open 24/7
at present we have removed the tent so the hot tubs are not covered.
you can use it anytime if it is okay for you.
